  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 c. long grain white rice
  • 1 c. cooking sherry (20 percent)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine

Directions

    Saute onion in butter until transparent.

    Add the bouillon, rice and sherry.

    Mix well.

    Pour contents into a casserole. Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Very easy, but elegant and gourmet.
