- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 c. long grain white rice
- 1 c. cooking sherry (20 percent)
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until transparent.

2Add the bouillon, rice and sherry.

3Mix well.

4Pour contents into a casserole. Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

5Very easy, but elegant and gourmet.
