  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. dry sherry wine (not cooking wine)
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg or mace

Directions

    Put all ingredients in large mixer bowl.

    Beat until smooth, about 3 minutes.

    Pour batter into tube pan that is well-greased and floured.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar if so desired.
