Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. shiitake mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese, mashed
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Directions

    Saute mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes.

    Add garlic and saute another minute or two.

    Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.

    Chill.
