- raw potatoes, sliced
- onions, sliced (I sometimes substitute Lipton onion soup for the onion slices)
- 1 lb. hamburger (raw)
- 2 handfuls uncooked rice
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can tomato soup
- chili powder to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put 1 layer potato slices and 1 layer onion slices on bottom of baking dish.

2Crumble hamburger over onions.

3Sprinkle with rice, salt and pepper.

4Pour kidney beans and tomato soup on top. Sprinkle with chili powder to taste.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
