- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. cubed peeled potatoes
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed
- 1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Directions

1In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion over medium heat. Drain fat.

2In a 3-quart casserole, combine beef mixture with all remaining ingredients.

3Cover and bake at 350° for about 2 hours or until rice and potatoes are tender.
