- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (No. 2) can red beans
- 3 c. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of pepper
- dash of chili powder
Directions

1Fry onion and ground beef in skillet and brown slightly.

2Add rest of ingredients in layers.

3Heat on top of stove until it steams, then place in 350° oven for approximately 1 hour.

4Dip spoon straight down to the bottom so as to serve in layers.
