- 1-1/3 cup Swiss Cheese, Shredded
- 1-1/3 cup Diced Ham Or Canadian Bacon Or Cooked Chopped Bacon
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1-1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
Directions

1Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray. Shred Swiss cheese and place 1/3 cup in each ramekin. Cube up Canadian bacon, ham or bacon and place an equal amount in each dish. Mix together evenly and make a well in the center. Crack an into each well or scramble and pour into each well. Pour 1/3 cup cream gently on top of each dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes until egg whites are set but egg yolk is still soft. Serve with fresh fruit and cinnamon toast!
