- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 12 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 13 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F.

2Melt butter in a small pan.

3Put 1 tsp in to each baking cup and swirl to coat the bottom and sides.

4Crack each egg into a buttered cup and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Bake for 6 minutes, or until the eggs are almost set.

6Sprinkle on the grated cheese and bake 2-3 more minutes.

7Tip and tilt cup, if egg white is set and opaque, it is done.

8Remove eggs from cups with a small spoon and serve.
