- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
- 1 oz. unsalted catsup or salt-free tomato juice
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- pepper
Directions

1Alternate meat, onion, tomatoes and green pepper on skewers. Mix remaining ingredients and brush on kabobs.
