  • 3 oz. lean beef or lamb cubes
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
  • 1 oz. unsalted catsup or salt-free tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • pepper

Directions

    Alternate meat, onion, tomatoes and green pepper on skewers. Mix remaining ingredients and brush on kabobs.

    Cook on grill or broil to desired doneness.
