- 1/2 lb. of 2-inch thick steak
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 2 small onions
- 12 fresh mushroom caps
- Italian dressing
Directions

1Debone meat and trim off fat.

2Cut into 16 square chunks; place in marinade (Italian dressing).

3Cut tomatoes, onions and peppers into 8 wedges.

4Wash and remove stems from mushroom caps. Leave caps whole.

5Insert meat and vegetables on skewers.

6Place Shish-Kabobs over hot coals for 10 minutes, broiler 6 to 8 minutes.
