- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can French-cut green beans
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1In 3 tablespoons butter, saute the onion, celery and bell pepper.

2Mix corn, cheese, beans, celery soup and cream cheese. Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

3Melt the oleo and mix with the cracker crumbs.

4Pat crackers on top of casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
