- 1- 12 oz. shoepeg corn
- 1- 16 oz. French style green beans
- 1 c. yellow cheddar cheese or colby cheese, grated
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Combine first eight ingredients and spread in a shallow baking dish- 8 inch x 12 inch.

2Top with crackers and drizzle with melted butter.

3Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
