  • 1- 12 oz. shoepeg corn
  • 1- 16 oz. French style green beans
  • 1 c. yellow cheddar cheese or colby cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Combine first eight ingredients and spread in a shallow baking dish- 8 inch x 12 inch.

    Top with crackers and drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
