- 3 lbs short rib of beef
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped, plus
- 2 more garlic cloves, chopped
- water
- beef broth, plus more for roasting
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- white rice, for serving
- 1 cup salt
- 14 cup black pepper
- 14 cup garlic powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Season ribs using House Seasoning.

3Lightly dust with 2 tablespoons flour.

4In a Dutch oven, place a small amount of oil.

5Add the 2 garlic cloves and cook until lightly browned.

6Add the ribs and brown on each side.

7Add half water and half beef broth to cover ribs.

8Bring to a boil.

9Remove the ribs from the Dutch oven and place in a casserole dish.

10Add the remaining garlic, salt and pepper, onions, and about 1 cup broth to the ribs.

11Roast ribs for 2 hours.

12Serve over buttered white rice.
