- 1 lb. butter
- 1/2 box 4x or 10x confectioners sugar
- 5 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. rice flour
Directions

1Cream the butter and confectioners sugar.

2Add the flour about 2 cups at a time, mixing well.

3Knead the mixture until all flour is mixed completely.

4Place batter in a 3/4-inch deep pan and pat it out so it is 3/4 inch high.

5Cut into 1-inch squares.

6Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
