- 4 cups sifted flour
- scant cup sugar
Directions

1Have oleo soft so it is workable.

2Mix flour and sugar into oleo.

3Take 1/2 mixture and knead until light and fluffy.

4Pat out on lightly floured surface to thickness desired.

5Cut into squares, dip top in sugar (this gives it a crust).

6Prick bread with fork to allow the heat to go through.
