- 300 g butter
- 150 g self-raising flour
- 250 g flour
- 200 g sugar
Directions

1Knead all ingredients together form into a long roll.

2Wrap in cling film and chill for 15 minutes.

3Cut into thin slices and arrange on greased baking sheet.

4If desired place a nut or glace cherry in centre of biscuit before cooking.

5Bake 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees C.

6Allow to cool before lifting onto a cooling rack.
