Shortbread Cloud Chip Cookies

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup salted butter at room temperature ( 2 sticks )
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Line baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. 3
    Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  4. 4
    Slowly add in flour until blended
  5. 5
    Add and mix in mini chocolate chips
  6. 6
    Roll into 1 inch ball and place on prepared baking sheets.

    Bake about 10 minutes.

    Cool in pan 2 minutes,then transfer to racks to cool
  9. 9
    Melt chopped chocolate
  10. 10
    Drizzle cookies with chocolate, chill just to set chocollate
