- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak strips or 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's
- cream of mushroom or 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 c. cooked corkscrew pasta
- 3 stalks chopped celery
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2Add beef, celery and onion and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.

3Drain; put back in skillet.

4Add soup, water and pasta.

5Heat to a boil.

6Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until done, stirring.

7Heat through. Serves 4.
