- 2 lb. chicken pieces
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1/2 c. shoyu or soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. white or brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except chicken.

2Place chicken in shallow, ovenproof pan.

3Pour soy mixture over and bake at 325° for 1 hour, turning twice.

4Sauce may be thickened with cornstarch.

5Serve with hot rice.
