Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken pieces
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/2 c. shoyu or soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. white or brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except chicken.

    Place chicken in shallow, ovenproof pan.

    Pour soy mixture over and bake at 325° for 1 hour, turning twice.

    Sauce may be thickened with cornstarch.

    Serve with hot rice.
