- 5 lb. potatoes
- Lawry's seasoned salt

- butter
Directions

1Boil potatoes with skins on.

2Let potatoes cool, then peel. Shred with salad shooter.

3Spray bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.

4Cover with layer of potatoes.

5Dot with butter.

6Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.

7Pour on 1/2 of whipping cream. Put another layer of potatoes, seasonings and butter.

8Pour remaining whipping cream over.

9Let set 1 hour before baking. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
