- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 c. Old El Paso thick and chunky salsa
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 8 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt butter and saute garlic 1 minute. Stir in salsa and lime juice. Cook until bubbly.

2Stir in shrimp and green onion and cook until shrimp are pink. Divide pasta and top with shrimp.
