  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 1 c. Old El Paso thick and chunky salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 8 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained

Directions

    In a large skillet, melt butter and saute garlic 1 minute. Stir in salsa and lime juice. Cook until bubbly.

    Stir in shrimp and green onion and cook until shrimp are pink. Divide pasta and top with shrimp.
