Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 1 12 cups boiling water
- 12 cup chili sauce
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 12 cup chopped green olives
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 lbs cooked peeled shrimp
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
Directions

1Season shrimp with salt and pepper to taste; set aside.

2Dissolve jello in boiling water.

3Add chili sauce and tomato juice.

4Chill until it begins to thicken (the consistency of egg whites).

5Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

6Pour into a greased ring mold or 2-quart casserole dish.

7Refrigerate until set or overnight.

8Mix all dressing ingredients together until smooth.

9Refrigerate several hours before serving.

10Serve aspic with horseradish dressing on a bed of lettuce.
