- 2 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. small, frozen, cooked shrimp
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. hot sauce
- mayonnaise to moisten (about 2 Tbsp.)
- salt to taste, if needed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (dried)
Directions

1Thaw and drain shrimp well (may press in paper towels to remove all water).

2Combine cream cheese, onion, garlic salt, hot sauce, mayonnaise and salt (if needed).

3Add shrimp and mix well. Form into a ball.

4Wrap in plastic wrap.

5Chill until ready to serve.

6Sprinkle with parsley.

7Serve with assorted crackers. Make a day ahead so flavors will blend.
