  • 1 qt. raw, peeled shrimp
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 2 green onions and tops
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Grind first 5 ingredients in food processor; add rest of items and mix into balls.

    Bake at 325° until brown.
