Ingredients
- 3 qt. water
- 4 lb. unpeeled large fresh shrimp
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of hot sauce
Directions

1Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well; rinse with cold water.

2Peel and devein shrimp. Combine oil and remaining ingredients.

3Stir well.

4Add shrimp; toss gently.

5Cover and chill mixture 8 hours, tossing occasionally.
