- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. chopped 1015 onions
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. clean, shelled shrimp
- salt and pepper
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (8 oz.)
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated (8 oz.)
- 1 c. sliced black olives
- 1 c. sliced green olives
Directions

1Melt butter in large saucepan.

2Add 1 cup onion, bell pepper, cayenne and garlic; saute over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes.

3Add shrimp and saute about 4 more minutes until pink.

4Season with salt and pepper; set aside.

5Cut French bread in half lengthwise; scoop out soft center.

6Toast bread that was scooped out and crumble into shrimp mixture.

7Divide shrimp mixture and spoon into shells.

8Layer Cheddar and Mozzarella over shrimp.

9Top with olives and remaining 1 cup onion.

10Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
