  • 1 lb of Pink Shrimp (peeled and deveined then chopped up)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 2 cloves or garlic (minced)
  • 1 package of sauteed white mushrooms (minced)
  • 1 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp of red pepper flakes
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of cornmeal
  • 6 toasted whole wheat buns
  • 1 cup of lite mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sweet relish
  • 1 tspn lemon juice
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
