Ingredients
- 2 lb. peeled shrimp
- 12 or 14 oz. crab meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. dried parsley
- 1 c. chopped green onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- few drops of Tabasco (optional)
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
Directions

1Cook rice as usual and set aside.

2Saute vegetables in margarine.

3Add shrimp, crab meat and seasonings.

4Mix soups well and add to vegetables and shrimp.

5Place cooked rice in a large casserole dish.

6Pour shrimp/vegetable mixture over the rice. Cover and bake for 35 minutes at 350°.

7This recipe makes 1 large casserole or 2 smaller ones.

8One can be easily be frozen and used at a later time.

9Just thaw and bake as usual.
