Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal. shrimp
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 box yellow rice (both packs)
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook rice as directed on package.

    Saute chopped onions and bell pepper in butter; add peeled shrimp and cook until pink.

    Mix in soup and tomatoes; put into a large baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
