- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, minced
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cans tiny shrimp, drained
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan; add flour.

2Stir until smooth.

3Add parsley, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, salt and milk.

4When smooth, add shrimp and eggs.

5Put in either scallop shells or small oven container.

6Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.

7Bake at 400° for 10 minutes (or 375° for 20 minutes).
