Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small can whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. raw shrimp or 2 lb. precooked small shrimp
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
- bread crumbs
- 1 stick butter or oleo
Directions

1Saute celery, onion and bell pepper in butter.

2Add soup and tomatoes.

3Cook 15 minutes.

4Add shrimp, green onions, parsley and Worcestershire sauce and cook raw shrimp 8 minutes or precooked shrimp 3 minutes.

5Add rice and turn into casserole dish.

6Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
