Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. shrimp (I use frozen salad shrimp)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 2 c. water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. cooking oil

Directions

    Cook rice as directed on box.

    Mix and heat soups, Ro-Tel and shrimp until shrimp are thoroughly heated. Put cooked rice into large casserole dish and pour shrimp mixture over it.

    Serve hot with salad and hot rolls.
