- 2 lb. shrimp (I use frozen salad shrimp)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 c. water
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Cook rice as directed on box.

2Mix and heat soups, Ro-Tel and shrimp until shrimp are thoroughly heated. Put cooked rice into large casserole dish and pour shrimp mixture over it.

3Serve hot with salad and hot rolls.
