- 1/2 red onion
- 3 cup medium shrimp
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 chili pepper
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 3 large avacados
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chopped
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1slice onion very thin

2place onion in bowl of cold salted water

3cook shrimp for 1or 2 minutes drain and rinse with cold water

4finely mince pepper removing seeds and veins

5place chili and shrimp in bowl with lime juice

6cut one avacado and pineapple into bite size pieces

7drain and rinse onions and toss all ingredients

8chill for 15 minutes
