  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 cup medium shrimp
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
  • 3 large avacados
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chopped
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

    slice onion very thin

    place onion in bowl of cold salted water

    cook shrimp for 1or 2 minutes drain and rinse with cold water

    finely mince pepper removing seeds and veins
  5. 5
    place chili and shrimp in bowl with lime juice

    cut one avacado and pineapple into bite size pieces
  7. 7
    drain and rinse onions and toss all ingredients
  8. 8
    chill for 15 minutes
