  • 1 lb. frozen cooked shrimp (36 to 45 count), thawed, drained and chopped Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • tortilla chips

    Place shrimp in large glass or plastic bowl.

    Add lime juice, dressing, red peppers, celery and cilantro; mix lightly.

    Cover.

    Refrigerate several hours to marinate.

    Drain shrimp mixture; discard marinade.
