- 1 cup Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 tsp Lime
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Large shrimp, cut in halves

4Cut large shrimp into halves or thirds (however you prefer)

5Soak shrimp in lime juice (fresh or bottled) for 30 minutes

6Put tomatoes and onions into a tumbler or bowl for mixing, then add a dash of salt and cilantro

7Pour lime soaked shrimp into mixture and mix or stir well

8Chill dish for an hour then serve cold
