Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin (2 pkg., unflavored)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped green onion
- 2 c. boiled, peeled and drained shrimp
Directions

1Grease ring mold with Wesson oil; soak gelatin in 1/4 cup shrimp liquid.

2Heat soup to boiling.

3Soften cream cheese.

4Add hot soup slowly.

5Blend well.

6Add gelatin.

7Cool.

8Add mayonnaise, celery and onion, salt and pepper to taste.

9Wait until mixture thickens a bit, then pour into ring mold. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.

10Turn out on platter.

11Decorate with fresh parsley and serve with party rye bread.
