  • 2 c. sharp cheese
  • 2 c. thin onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. chopped potatoes
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Saute onion. Blend flour and seasoning. Add water. Stir in vegetables.

    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese is melted.

    Garnish with shredded cheese.
