  • 10 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 32 ounces V8 vegetable juice
  • 1 12 cups chili sauce
  • 12 cup catsup
  • 4 teaspoons Tabasco sauce (adjust to your taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cans small shrimp

    Prepare celery and onions.

    In large container (I use a gallon jar) mix next 7 ingredients.

    Add celery and onions.

    Stir well.

    Add shrimp and stir gently until mixed.

    Chill.

    Serve in cocktail glasses.
