- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Saute onions and celery in fat until lightly browned.

2Add seasonings and blend.

3Slowly add water and tomatoes.

4Cook slowly for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Add shrimp and cook for 5 or 10 minutes longer.

6Serve over hot rice.
