- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 garlic clove or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 lb. shelled cooked shrimp
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green pepper
Directions

1Saute celery, onion and garlic in salad oil.

2Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and all seasonings.

3Simmer covered for 1/2 hours. Add shrimp and green pepper.

4Cool 10 to 15 minutes (simmer). Serve over rice.
