- 1 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 chopped garlic clove
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 pt. stewed tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- cooked hot rice
Directions

1Mix vegetables and seasonings and saute in margarine until pepper is tender.

2Add tomatoes.

3Boil 5 minutes.

4Add shrimp. Simmer 10 minutes.

5Serve with hot rice.
