- 2 Tbsp. fat (bacon drippings)
- 2 small to medium onions, chopped
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 c. water
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Boil shrimp until it turns pink (approximately 5 to 10 minutes); devein and de-shell.

2Cook onions and celery in bacon drippings.

3Add flour and seasonings and blend.

4Slowly add water. Add everything else except shrimp.

5Cook for 30 minutes.
