- 1 or 2 large green peppers, cut in chunks
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch slices
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (7 oz.) can imported tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. cooked and cleaned shrimp
Directions

1Saute peppers, onions, celery and garlic in oil until tender.
