- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp
- dash of pepper
- 1/8 tsp. rosemary
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
Directions

1Melt margarine, adding onion, pepper and garlic.

2Saute 10 minutes.

3Add spices and tomatoes.

4Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

5Add shrimp and heat thoroughly.

6Serve on hot rice.
