  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes

Directions

    Melt margarine, adding onion, pepper and garlic.

    Saute 10 minutes.

    Add spices and tomatoes.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

    Add shrimp and heat thoroughly.

    Serve on hot rice.
