- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. green peppers
- garlic (to taste)
- 14 oz. (1 can) tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 tsp. paprika
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 2 c. shrimp, boiled
- rice, cooked (to serve four)
Directions

1In butter, brown onion, green pepper and garlic.

2Simmer until pepper is tender.

3Add tomatoes, paprika, salt and pepper. Boil 5 minutes.

4Add shrimp.

5Boil for 10 minutes.
