Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender.

2Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, horseradish, basil and oregano.

3Simmer for 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.

4Stir in shrimp and cook 10 minutes longer.

5Serve over rice.
