Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Drain, crumble and reserve.

3Add onion and green pepper to bacon drippings and saute until tender.

4Add rest of ingredients, except shrimp, and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

5When ready to serve, add shrimp and simmer about 10 minutes.

6Do not overcook; serve over white rice and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
