Shrimp Creole Casserole

- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can shrimp, cleaned
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce or canned tomato soup
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion juice or finely minced onion
- buttered crumbs (optional)
Directions

1Melt butter; add shrimp and simmer 3 minutes.

2Add rice, cream, tomato sauce and seasoning.

3Heat to boiling.

4Place in greased casserole.

5Let stand a while before baking to improve flavor.

6A few buttered crumbs may be placed on the top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Serves 4.
