- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. precooked rice
- 8 oz. pkg. frozen shrimp
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced pitted green olives, drained
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- parsley
Directions

1Place soup into a skillet; pour in boiling water.

2Cover and bring to a boil.

3Stir in rice, shrimp, celery, green pepper, curry, salt and pepper.

4Cover and cook at 205° until rice and shrimp are done.

5Add olives, sprinkle with almonds.

6Garnish with parsley.
