Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 2/3 c. precooked rice
  • 8 oz. pkg. frozen shrimp
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced pitted green olives, drained
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds
  • parsley

Directions

    Place soup into a skillet; pour in boiling water.

    Cover and bring to a boil.

    Stir in rice, shrimp, celery, green pepper, curry, salt and pepper.

    Cover and cook at 205° until rice and shrimp are done.

    Add olives, sprinkle with almonds.

    Garnish with parsley.
