Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 tsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/3 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • cooked rice

Directions

    Heat all vegetables and bay leaves in vegetable oil and margarine until tender.

    Then add shrimp which has been peeled, deveined and cooked.

    Serve over rice.
